Joseph is an associate of Provencio Advisory Services and was a senior in Arthur Andersen's Los Angeles Healthcare Practice. At Andersen Joseph assumed in-charge responsibilities for performing healthcare audits and consulting engagements.
During his four years at Andersen, Joseph worked on various audit and consulting engagements for healthcare entities such as Providence Health System, Sun Healthcare Group, Inc., Memorial Medical Center, Antelope Valley Healthcare District, and Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center.
Joseph has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and a member of the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs.
