Charles has over 25 years of health care consulting experience helping healthcare providers implement broad improvement programs, formulate strategies, and streamline operations. Charles worked for Arthur Andersen in their Healthcare Operational Consulting Practice for 5 years from 1991 to 1995. From 1995 to 2002, Charles was a Senior Manager at APM Management Consultants/CSC Healthcare. Prior to joining Provencio Advisory Services, Charles was a Senior Manager at Capgemini Ernst and Young working in their Healthcare Strategy and Transformation practice from 2002 to 2004.
Charles has deep program management experience with an extensive and successful track record of assembling large teams, driving towards milestones, managing risks and delivering results. In the course of Mr. Yaney's career, he has helped clients implement major organizational changes and performance improvements including designing and implementing process redesign. Charles has led and served as a team member on several hospitals' integration teams. He has developed pro formas and financial analyses of proposed transactions including modeling reimbursement impacts related to assuming managed care contracts, analyzing operational efficiencies, and developing operational performance improvement initiatives. He has served multiple capacities in an integration office including overseeing business office conversion, working capital settlements, and helping analyze post-acquisition performance.
Charles received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of California at Los Angeles and his Masters in Business Administration/Masters in Public & Private Administration from Yale University School of Management. Charles is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California.
